Selection criteria:
To apply for the HEC Commonwealth Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- All citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply.
- A master’s degree is required for the master’s degree.
- Candidates for doctoral studies must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Candidates in their second year of study must not be older than two years
- Masters and PhD students. We do not accept programs

- Candidates must score at least 60 marks out of 1000 in the HEC entrance exam

How to Apply for HEC Commonwealth Scholarship 2022?
Candidates must apply through HEC website and Commonwealth portal to apply for the scholarship program. If applicants fail to submit their online application on both pages, their application will be rejected.

Step 2: Candidates now have to apply online through HEC website:
https://eportal.hec.gov.pk; After completing your profile, select the Study Abroad option under Studies and Scholarships.
Those interested in the portal must attach a certificate of payment of the registration fee when registering; The exam is administered by the Educational Examinations Service.
