The Chevening Scholarships (UK)
The Chevening Scholarships are a global scholarship programme offered by the United Kingdom government to outstanding scholars from Chevening-eligible countries around the world. Typically, Master’s degrees are awarded for one year. A Chevening Scholarship normally includes tuition, a group living stipend (for one person), an economy class return flight to the United Kingdom, and other funds to cover necessary expenditures.

with relevance to developing countries
In Germany, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) offers scholarships for a variety of postgraduate courses relevant to developing countries at German universities. Tuition, living expenses, a portion of a travel stipend, and insurance are all covered by the scholarship.

Scholarships in Holland
International students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who aspire to study a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at one of the partnering universities in Holland are eligible for Holland Scholarships. The scholarship is worth € 5,000 and will be awarded to you during your first year of study.
Scholarships for Swedish Institute Study (Sweden)
Scholarships are available from the Swedish Institute for highly qualified overseas students from developing countries who want to study in Sweden. Scholarships are intended for studying in Sweden and focus mainly on master’s degrees. Tuition, living expenses, a portion of a travel stipend, and insurance are all covered by the scholarship.
VLIR-UOS Scholarship Awards (Belgium)
VLIR-UOS provides scholarships to students from 54 poor countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America to attend universities in Belgium to study an English Taught Training or Master’s Program related to development. The scholarships cover tuition, room and board, a stipend, travel expenses, and other program-related expenses.
Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme (France)
The Ministry of Overseas Affairs created the Eiffel scholarship programme as a way for French educational institutions to attract the most basic foreign students for master’s and PhD degree programmes. Eiffel scholarship recipients receive a monthly stipend as well as reimbursement for travel, insurance, and cultural activities. It is not intended to pay the expense of tuition.
Scholarships for International Students from the Swiss Government (Switzerland)
Graduates from over 180 countries can apply for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships to pursue doctoral or postdoctoral research in any academic discipline at one of Switzerland’s main public financed universities or authorised institutions. The scholarship includes a monthly stipend, tuition, insurance, and a living allowance, among other things.
Danish Government Scholarships for Non-EU/EEA Students (Denmark)
The Danish Ministry of Education awards a number of scholarships each year to highly qualified and motivated international students from outside the EU/EEA who intend to undertake a full degree programme at one of the participating Danish universities. Scholarships are frequently granted as whole or partial tuition fee waivers, as well as grants to help with living expenses.
Italian Government Bursaries for Foreign Students (Italy)
Both foreign residents and Italian citizens living abroad are eligible for scholarships from the Italian government to study in Italy. Scholarships are available for university degree programmes, advanced vocational education, art and music programmes, master’s degree programmes, and doctoral programmes, among other things. Only three, six, or nine-month scholarships are available.

Gates Cambridge Scholarships (UK)
Gates Cambridge Scholarships are awarded to excellent international applicants who intend to pursue a full-time postgraduate degree in any discipline at the University of Cambridge. The scholarship covers the entire cost of attending Cambridge, including the University Composition Fee and eligible College fees, a maintenance stipend for one student, one economy single airfare at the start and conclusion of the programme, and incoming visa charges.
Rhodes Scholarships at University of Oxford (UK)
The Rhodes Scholarship Program, which was founded in 1902 by the will of Rhodes, is the world’s oldest and possibly most distinguished international scholarship programme. The Rhodes Scholarships are postgraduate prizes that support outstanding overseas students from a number of nations at Oxford University. All university costs, a personal stipend, insurance, and airfare to and from the student’s home country are covered by a Rhodes Scholarship.
Sheffield Hallam University Transform Together Scholarships (UK)
International students and European Union (non-UK) students applying to a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate teaching study at Sheffield Hallam University are eligible for Transform Together scholarships. For postgraduate courses and each year of an undergraduate degree, a half fee waiver (50%) is available.
University of Nottingham Scholarships for Developing Solutions (UK)
The Developing Solutions Scholarships are for international students from Africa, India, or a Commonwealth developing country who want to study for a Master’s degree at the University of Nottingham and make a difference in their home country. Each year, 105 scholarships are offered, with 30 scholarships covering the entire tuition charge and 75 scholarships covering half of the schooling fee.

University of Maastricht High Potential Scholarships (Netherlands)
The UM Scholarship Fund offers the University of Maastricht High Potential Scholarships in order to encourage bright students from outside the European Economic Area to pursue a master’s degree at UM. Tuition, living expenses, visa charges, and insurance are all covered by the scholarships.
